Our Delivery & Fulfillment Options
We manage distributions locally and across the continental United States through distinct delivery networks based on the size of your order and your geographic location:
1. White-Glove In-Home Setup
Our localized delivery team directly serves a 100-mile radius from our warehouse in Shipshewana, Indiana. For In-Home Setup orders locally and nationwide, we will call you directly to schedule a specific delivery window once your furniture is completed. A professional two-person team will carry the furniture into your requested room(s) and complete all necessary assembly (such as setting up beds, placing hutch tops onto bases, and levelling pieces).
2. Standard Small-Parcel Shipping
For smaller items that can be safely packaged and boxed—such as Amish toys, premium care and cleaning products, safe glides, or children’s games—we utilize traditional parcel networks like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You will receive an automated tracking notification via email when these items leave our warehouse.
3. Customer Warehouse Pickup
If you select the warehouse pickup option during checkout, your order must be picked up within 14 days of receiving your completion confirmation notice. If you cannot complete your pickup within this 14-day window, you must contact us to make special arrangements; otherwise, standard warehouse storage fees will apply to your order.
Building, Handling, Delivery, & Transit Information

Important Delivery Terms & Requirements
Because every piece of solid wood furniture is insured during transit and backed by our satisfaction guarantee, we require all customers to adhere to the following transit guidelines:
- Attendance Requirement: An adult must be present at the home during your entire scheduled delivery window. Missing your scheduled appointment will result in a re-delivery fee consisting of $50 plus twice the original shipping rate to cover the carrier’s transit overhead.
- Carrier Adjustments: Because we utilize multiple specialty freight carriers across the United States, specific field procedures can vary slightly depending on the party assigned to your lane. If you have any questions or visual accessibility restrictions regarding your specific carrier, let us know and we will provide their direct terms.
Required Delivery Inspection Procedure
While transit damage is exceptionally rare due to our specialized packaging techniques, freight regulations require proper documentation at the time of delivery to fulfill insurance claims.
Please follow these steps before the delivery drivers leave your property:
- Thoroughly inspect the exterior packaging and the furniture pieces for any signs of transit stress.
- If you find physical damage to a product, write a specific description of the damage inside the appropriate notation box on the driver’s Delivery Receipt before signing it.
- If the outer box or wrapping contains noticeable tears, holes, or deep indentations but the furniture inside appears unharmed, you must still note on the Delivery Receipt: “Packaging arrived with visible holes/tears.”
- Contact E-Amish Furniture immediately following a damaged delivery note so our customer care team can file the freight claim and initiate a priority solution for you.
